Jacquie Patterson

Chief Development Officer

A deep commitment to educational equity and opportunity drives Jacquie. Over the past 20 years, Jacquie has worked at the intersection of philanthropy, education, and social impact to help organizations grow sustainable funding models, strengthen donor engagement, and align resources with mission-driven outcomes.

Before joining Elevate 215, she served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Salus University at Drexel, where she led fundraising and alumni engagement strategies that advanced access to graduate health education, including community-based health programming for the greater Philadelphia area. She has also held senior development roles at EducationWorks, Northern Children’s Services, and Legacy Youth Tennis and Education, People’s Emergency Center, overseeing multiple campaigns and cross-sector collaborations that expanded educational access and community impact.

Jacquie received her Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies from New York University, and her Master of Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr College NELI Program. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
