Kiely Sullivan

Communications Coordinator

I have always believed in the power of education, a value that I recognized while growing up in a small town in rural Pennsylvania. Although grateful for the education I received and the experiences my hometown gave me, I knew I wanted to explore more opportunities. This drive led me to move to Philadelphia and begin my journey at Temple University in 2021.

While at Temple, I discovered my love for media, communications, and brand representation, which inspired me to major in Public Relations and later pursue a minor in Legal Studies to deepen my understanding of representing clients, advocacy initiatives, and policy making. Additionally, I had the opportunity to be on Temple’s Cheerleading team and join the Public Relations Student Society of America.

In January 2024, I began working at Elevate 215 as the Communications Intern, an organization that quickly became close to my heart. In this role, I helped design and execute a year-long, Philadelphia-based teacher recruitment campaign, created targeted advertisements on social media platforms while tracking top performance indicators, and developed education-focused articles for the Elevate 215 website.

Following graduation, I accepted a full-time position at Elevate 215 as the Communications Coordinator. In this role, I collaborate with advertising and website development teams, engage with advocacy groups, and create compelling digital content, all with the goal to enhance Elevate’s brand and mission. I am proud to share Elevate’s impactful mission with the Philadelphia community while simultaneously building a career at the intersection of external communications, brand representation, and policy work.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, traveling with loved ones, and am on a mission to find Philly’s best latte.
